Bev Heemstra of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Thursday, April 8, 2010. Bev is an educational aide at Clark Elementary and today is her birthday. Bev will receive a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flowerhouse, a pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars or Kingsley, a movie or game rental from Jo’s Movie House in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
