Brian Plendl of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Thursday, June 23, 2011. Brian is a three-time cancer survivor and today he is celebrating his 50th birthday. Brian may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
