Tom Baack of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for Monday, August 29, 2011. Tom is unit administrator at Army Reserve Center in Cherokee, will retire in September and today celebrates his 60th birthday. He may pick-up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars, and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
