(Le Mars) — Santa Claus left his home at the North Pole on Sunday afternoon and made a stop in Le Mars, in order to visit with the children of the Le Mars Fire and Rescue Department. Several dozen children waited their turn to sit next to Santa and share with him their Christmas wish lists. The children, along with their parents, were given a bag of treats consisting of fruit, candy, and peanuts. Holiday cookies and other refreshments were on hand for everyone to enjoy.
