Forrest ‘Forey’ James, 71, of Akron, Iowa, passed away Saturday, May 26, 2018 at the Akron Care Center in Akron.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Wesley United Methodist Church in Akron. Reverend Carolyn Hollar will officiate. Burial with military honors provided by the Hoschler American Legion Post 186 of Akron will be at Riverside Cemetery in Akron. Visitation with the family present will be after 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Wesley United Methodist Church. There will be a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Visitation
will resume from 9:30 a.m. until service time on Thursday at the church.
