Phyllis Ann Hawkins, 88, of rural Ireton, Iowa, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Hawarden Regional Healthcare in Hawarden, Iowa.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Adaville United Methodist Church, rural Merrill, Iowa. Reverend Merrill Muller will officiate. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens in Le Mars.
Visitation with the family present will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Le Mars. There will be a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will resume from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the church. Arrangements are with the Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Le Mars.
