Tamara Lynn (Den Ouden) Miller, 39 of Le Mars, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars.
Funeral Service will be 6:00 p.m., Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Le Mars. Visitation with the family present will begin at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, October 11, 2018 at the funeral home.
