(Le Mars) — The Gehlen Catholic High School volleyball team has once again qualified for the State Volleyball Tournament held at Cedar Rapids. This marks the eleventh year the Lady Jays will go to the state tournament. They have been there nine of the last ten years. On Monday, there was a send-off held at the Deb Campbell Gymnasium. Iowa Farm Bureau is the major sponsor of the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union State Volleyball Tournament. Mark Bohner with the Iowa Farm Bureau addressed the team and wished them good luck at the state tournament.
