Kyle Marugg is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for November 13, 2018. Kyle is fifth and sixth grade teacher at Gehlen Catholic School. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars, and car wash 12th Touchless Auto and Highway 75 Touchless Auto Wash and Pet Wash.
