David Skou of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for December 14, 2018. David is celebrating 1 year anniversary of opening Beginner’s Luck Tackle and Supply. David volunteers with the Plymouth County Emergency Management team. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars, and car wash from 12th Street Touchless or Highway 75 Touchless Auto Wash and Pet Wash.
