Beverly Fagan of Merrill is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for February 11, 2019. Beverly is Merrill’s 2018 volunteer of the year. She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from 12th Street Touchless or Highway 75 Touchless Auto Wash and Pet Wash.
