William “Bill” H. Becker, 63, of Phoenix, AZ passed away November 30, 2018 at a hospital in Seattle, WA, after suffering from a heart attack. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 8, 2019 at St. Michael Catholic Church, of Kingsley, Iowa, with Msgr. Duchaine officiating.
