Kara Albrecht is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for July 25, 2019. Kara was crowned as the 2019 Plymouth County Fair Queen last night. She is the daughter of Dave and Mary Albrecht. She may pick up a long stem flower from Shepherd’s Floral, a pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash fron 12th Street Touchless or Highway 75 Touchless Auto Wash and Pet Wash.
