Le Mars Community Homecoming festivites were broadcast live this afternoon on KLEM. The 2019 King and Queen were announced.
Queen Maddi Pippett, the daughter of Marty and Maria Pippett. Maddi is in volleyball, basketball, Leadership Club, student council, National Honor Society, speech and golf. Maddi works at 4 Brothers.
King Luis Paez, son of Luis and Letitica Paez. He is in cross country and wrestling and works at Pizza Ranch.
The dedication and ribbon cutting for the new stadium complex is at 5:00, with a tailgate at 5:30, the homecoming game at 7:00 and dance to follow in Carey Gym.
