Jason Vacura is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for September 27, 2012.  Jason is Le Mars City Code Enforcement Officer and is Le Mars Chamber Employee of the month.  He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
