Pastor Donald L. Deines, 65, of Austin, Minnesota, died Sunday, June 6, 2010 in Northfield, MN. Pastor Don’s first parish was St. John’s American Lutheran Church in Le Mars where he served as youth pastor from 1971-1975. Funeral services for Don Deines are Friday, June 11, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. at our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Austin, Minnesota. He retired from Our Savior’s after serving as senior pastor for 16 years. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Mason City, IA. Visitation will be at the Clasen-Jordan Mortuary is Thursday, June 10th from 4 to 8 PM and at the church on Friday for one hour before the service.
