Cheryl Plueger of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Tuesday, June 15, 2010. Cheryl was the secretary at Kissinger Elementary School for 13 years. Cheryl will receive a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars or Kingsley, and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
