Velma Wiltgen of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Friday, July 2, 2010. Velma is a resident of Plymouth Manor Care Center and celebrated her 90th birthday on June 29, 2010. Velma will receive a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars or Kingsley, and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
