Jennifer Horan is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Friday, September 17, 2010. Jennifer is a new Spanish teacher at Le Mars Community High School. Jennifer may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars or Kingsley, and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
