Dolores J. Trometer, 79, of Merrill, Iowa passed away Tuesday, October 19 at Touchstone Living Center in Sioux City, Iowa. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 23, 2010 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Merrill, Iowa with the Rev. Sarah Nye officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Merrill. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 22, 2010 at the Mauer-Johnson Funeral Home in LeMars, Iowa. The family will be present to greet friends from 5-7 p.m. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Saturday one hour prior to services at the church.
