Ruth M. Elliott, 88, of Le Mars, Iowa passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at the Orange City Hospital. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Le Mars, Iowa. Father Kevin Richter will celebrate Mass. Burial will follow at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery in Sheldon, Iowa. Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 19, 2010 at the Mauer – Johnson Funeral Home in Le Mars. The family will be present from 5-7 p.m. with a Scriptural Prayer Service scheduled at 7:00 p.m. There will also be one hour of visitation at the church prior to Mass on Saturday.
