Madeline Neubrand of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Thursday, December 23, 2010. Madeline is a resident of Plymouth Manor and is celebrating her 95th birthday. Madeline may pick up a tailored carnation form the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in le Mras and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
