Elaine F. (Arens) McKown, 85, of Le Mars, Iowa passed away peacefully Sunday, December 26, 2010 at her daughter and son-in-law’s home in Le Mars, Iowa. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, December 30, 2010 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Le Mars, Iowa. Reverend Kevin Richter will celebrate. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Le Mars, Iowa. Visitation will be after 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2010, with a Parish Rosary at 4:00 p.m., and Scriptural Wake Service at 7:00 p.m., all at Carlsen-Feuerstein Funeral Home in Le Mars, Iowa.
