Bruce Dutcher of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Tuesday, February 8, 2011. Bruce recently retired from Wal-Mart Pharmacy and he is a square dance caller. Bruce may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
