Rosemary Kurth of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Monday, February 21, 2011. Rosemary celebrated her 80th birthday on Sunday. Rosemary may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
