James F. Jessen, 53, of Sioux City, Iowa, passed away Friday, February 25, 2011 at Hallmark Care Center in Sioux City, Iowa. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm. Tuesday , March 1 at the Congregational United Church of Christ in Kingsley, Iowa with Reverend Robert Blair officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service. Rohde Funeral Home in Kingsley, Iowa is handling all funeral arrangements.
