Dick Hinken of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Thursday, March 3, 2011. Dick is celebrating his 75th birthday on Friday. Dick may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
