(LE MARS)–A rural Le Mars woman is among the millions of wedding watchers… the Royal Wedding.
Jean Rowe was born and educated in England where she lived for 21 years of her life before marrying and moving to America.
Rowe has returned many times in the last decades leading tours and visiting family and friends. She’s looking forward to seeing the landscape again as she watches the wedding festivities for William and Kate.
