Lisa Niebuhr of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Thursday, May 5, 2011. Lisa is the Development Director at Gehlen Catholic School and receive a Spirit of Peter Gehlen award at the Gehlen Ball. Lisa may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
