Jessica Locker of Orange City is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Thursday, May 19, 2011. Jessica is the daughter of Steve and Deb Locker, a senior at MOC-Floyd Valley High School and is the 2011 Orange City Tulip Festival Queen. Jessica may pick up a tailored carnation form the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
