Karmen Betsworth is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for Wednesday, August 3, 2011. Karmen gives free tennis lessons to many youth in our community. She may pick-up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars, and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
