Anthony “Tony” Burgers, 83 of LeMars passed away Sunday, December 25, 2011 at St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 29, 2011 at the Carlsen Funeral Home in LeMars with Pastor Jan Christenson of the Presbyterian United Church of Christ officiating. Interment will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 30, 2011 at the National Cemetery in Spencer, Nebraska. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 28th at the Carlsen Funeral Home in LeMars.
