Jim Woods of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for Janurary 4, 2013. Jim will celebrate his 80th birthday on Saturday. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
