(Le Mars) — Strong winds combined with heavy rains, with one report as much as four inches of rain falling on Le Mars Sunday afternoon created street flooding, down tree limbs and even some power outages. A tree narrowly missed falling on a house in the 600 block of 4th Avenue Southeast in Le Mars.
