Ruth Kenaley of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for July 10, 2014. Ruth recently received the Governor’s Volunteer Award for her 25 years of serving delivering Meals on Wheels. She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
