Trooper Ian Willis of Le Mars is the Citizen of the Day for July 14, 2014. Trooper Willis of the Iowa State Patrol has been chosen as this year’s recipient of Optimist Club of Le Mars annual Respect For Law Award. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
