Julie Schultz of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for July 21, 2014. Julie manages many different events and areas at the Willow Creek Golf Course and today she is celebrating her 59th birthday. She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
