Alvina Nuebel of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for August 8, 2014. Alvina is a life long resident of Plymouth County, she will celebrate her 100th birthday on Sunday with her 9 children, their spouses and many of her grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
