(Le Mars) — Students from Gehlen Catholic School played Santa today as they delivered the 78 Gifts of Christmas to Le Mars area families. HyVee Le Mars, with the help of local media outlets, worked with the community this December to collect donations in order to fund 78 holiday meals. Those meals went out the door this afternoon. Each box was stuffed to the brim with either a ham or turkey, stuffing, potatoes, the fixings for green bean casserole, fruits, vegetables, an apple pie and more.
