Gerald E. Kale, age 76, of Merrill, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 31, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church – Ellendale, rural Merrill, Iowa. Monsignor Mark Duchaine will celebrate Mass. Burial will be at Assumption Catholic Cemetery in Merrill with military honors provided by the Oleson-Halweg Post 125 of Merrill. Visitation will be after 5:00 p.m., Sunday, August 30, 2015 with a Scriptural Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m., all at Carlsen-Feuerstein Funeral Home in Le Mars.
