Justin Kelly, 44, of Oyens, Iowa passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, March 21, 2021. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Rejoice! Community Church in Le Mars. Pastor Mike Metten will officiate. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. on Monday with a prayer service at 7 p.m., all at the church.
