(Le Mars) — The 48th edition of RAGBRAI rolled into Le Mars as early as Thursday, and remained guests of the “Ice Cream Capital of the World” through Sunday morning. Thousands of bikers from across the state, from coast to coast nationally, and from around the world converged on Le Mars for a fun celebration as the cross-state bicycle ride kicked off from Le Mars. High temperatures were in the 90’s throughout the weekend which may have made for some uncomfortable conditions, but many of the riders extended grateful compliments for the hospitality extended by Le Mars and Plymouth County residents.
