Orville Feauto, 89, of Akron, Iowa, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Christmas Day, December 25, 2022, at the Good Samaritan Society of Le Mars.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 6, 2023, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Akron. Father Paul Nguyen will celebrate Mass with Deacon Richard Port assisting. Burial with military honors provided by the Hoschler American Legion Post 186 of Akron will be at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery in Akron. Visitation with the family present will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Akron. There will be a Scriptural Prayer Service at 6:00 p.m. followed by a Parish Rosary. Visitation will resume from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home prior to Mass. Following the burial, there will be a dinner and fellowship at St. Patrick’s Parish Hall in Akron with a Celebration of Life and live music at 6:00 p.m. Arrangements are with the Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Akron.
