Norlan Woodard, 80, of Oskaloosa, Iowa, formerly of Le Mars, Iowa, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2023, at his home in Oskaloosa. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, March 3, 2023, at Langkamp Funeral Chapel & Crematory in Oskaloosa, Iowa with Pastor Amy McGriff officiating. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m., Thursday, at the funeral chapel; the family will greet visitors from 4-6 p.m. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens in Le Mars at a later date.
