Students from Gehlen and Spalding Catholic Schools today are packing 190-thousand meals for shipment to Honduras. The students are rotating shifts in the old Gehlen Catholic gym to help pack the meals. Older and younger classes of students are mixed together work several assembly lines. The meals are then boxed, packed, and loaded onto trucks for shipment.
