LE MARS FIREWORKS
Le Mars Police remind residents of the city fireworks ordinance. Fireworks can be used within the Le Mars city limits on July 3, 4, and 5, from Noon to 11 p.m. each day. Fireworks may only be discharged on a person’s property, or with the permission of a property owner. Fireworks may not be discharged on public property, city parks, or on city streets. The Le Mars public fireworks display will be July 4 at 10 p,m. at the Plymouth County Fairgrounds. Parking will not be allowed along Iowa Highway 3 for safety reasons.
