ED GORDEN – 2023 3rd QUARTER BOSS OF THE QUARTER
Ed was honored Friday, on the day of his retirement. He was employed for a combined 30-years with Kemps, Dean Foods, and Wells Dairy in production related positions.
Ed started his career at Wells in 1992 in the milk plant as a vacation relief operator and worked his way up to cooler supervisor and then to plant manager from 1996-2000. He then went to the South Ice Cream plant as a production manager and transitioned into CI. He came back to work at Dean Foods in 2008 as the milk plant production manager, the role he has held for the past 15-years.
Ed is described as “the absolute role model of what a servant leader is. He is there for others, no other explanation needed.”
