Jim Singer of Merrill is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for Tuesday, October 17, 2023. Jim will be inducted into the 2023 Class of the Western Iowa Midwest All Music Association Hall of Fame on Saturday at the Avalon Ballroom in Remsen.
