WELLS CELEBRATES 110TH ANNIVERSARY
Wells Enterprises celebrated its 110th birthday today with a give back to the communities they serve.
Adam Baumgartner, VP of Internal Communications at Wells, said it’s great to celebrate 110 years at Wells.
At the gathering at Wells Headquarters this afternoon, Baumgartner presented a check for 50-thousand dollars to the Le Mars Community Betterment Foundation. This is to fund improvements planned at O’Toole Park. Dustin Wright is the President of the Foundation.
Mayor Rob Bixenman says the contribution will be a big boost for plans to expand the park.
In addition to well’s contribution to park improvements, they made contributions to the Boys and Girls Home and Family Services, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Le Mars, and the Foodbank of Siouxland.
Wells also today made similar contributions to four other locations where Wells has operations: Bentonville, Arkansas, Chicago, Henderson, Nevada, and Dunkirk, New York.
