Judge Jeff Neary of Merrill is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for Monday, November 6, 2023. Judge Neary is a proud father and grandfather. He has been active for many years as a leader of scouts, and he is currently directing the play “Boeing, Boeing” at Le Mars Community Theatre.
